Klearkall Hot Start PCR Mastermix by LGC Biosearch Technologies

KlearKall™ Mastermix contains KlearTaq™ Hot Start DNA polymerase in a highly optimized reaction buffer containing dNTPs.

Performs exceptionally well in both end point and real-time PCR reactions. Produced by LGC, KlearKall mastermix is licensed for use in the 5‘ nuclease reaction under our agreement with Life Technologies. It is an excellent and highly cost-effective substitute for Taqman^® end-point and real-time PCR assays, and for all PCR applications that require a Hot Start Taq polymerase.

The mastermix formulation gives users the convenience of a single liquid addition to speed up PCR setup and enables a measure of consistency across all PCR reactions.
