The KingFisher Total RNA Kit is designed for rapid automated purification of total RNA from cell and tissue samples using KingFisher instruments. Total RNA can be purified from maximum 2 x 106 cells or 20mg of tissue. The excellent performance of KingFisher Total RNA Kit produces high-integrity RNA that is free of inhibitors and ready for use in many downstream applications. Easy-to-use protocols facilitate safe sample handling as well as minimal user input maximizing walkaway time.
