The Thermo Scientific KingFisher Cell and Tissue DNA Kit, together with the KingFisher magnetic particle processor, allows rapid and reproducible purification of high-quality DNA from cell and tissue samples and cultured bacteria.
The KingFisher Cell and Tissue DNA Kit is designed for rapid automated purification of genomic DNA from cell and bacterial cultures and tissues using KingFisher instruments. DNA can be purified from maximum 1 x 10c cells or 20mg of tissue or 1mL of cultured bacteria. The excellent performance of KingFisher Cell and Tissue DNA Kit produces isolated DNA that is free of inhibitors and ready for use in many downstream applications. Easy-to-use protocols facilitate safe sample handling as well as minimal user input maximizing walkaway time.
