"While the software is a little quirky (ie. some of the features, like opening files, take several steps...) once you have worked your way through, I would say the software is very easy to use. The Instrument itself is dependable and seems to give good data. Temperature control is usually excellent, but we also re-calibrate temperature monthly just to be certain that our temperatures are correct. We have very few issues. When we do have problems we receive very good service."

Great repeat-ability of results, easy setup of protocols, has enhanced our capabilities

"After the upgrade of our Malvern CVO rheometer to Kinexus series, we have noticed great repeat-ability of the results on our tested specimens. The biggest value for us is, that the rheometer arrived with software preloaded with specification tests according to AASHTO. Test protocols are fully automatized- from loading of the sample, testing parameters, results, and cleaning. Our rheometers are taken care of by professional technicians from Malvern, who are performing calibrations and any additional care for the equipment or other needs."

"Very plug and play. Similar interface as other Malvern instruments making it familiar and easy to use. I wish the lower volume geometries gave more reproducible data. Unable to run low viscosity samples (i.e. water) without having to adjust the HSFF. Unable to hit my target shear rates (100,000 s-1)"
