"As I am relatively new to rheology, having easy to use software helped a lot with my understanding and learning. Having the promts in place to direct you when running the software makes it incredibly easy and, hard to make mistakes. The after sales care given has been extremely helpful. Malvern cater for all learning abilities i.e. can explain issues clearly and can also explain in more technical detail. The rapid responses from the team have enabled projects to move forward and successfully obtain important results for the company."
