"Super fast method for analyzing large numbers of samples. This product is helpful for analyzing segregating population on a large scale. For example, searching for the EMS mutated candidate gene responsible for the phenotype in segregating population after outcross. Only 3 components (DNA of interest, KASP reagent and KASP assay) required, therefore very easily done in 96 well plate. Easy to analyze the results. Mostly no false positive observed.
