JASCO HPLC System The JASCO HPLC system is completely modular but once configured is a completely integrated unit with a range of features which make routine operation intuitive and reliable.
The compact design and safe-stacking modular architecture ensures maximum use of available bench space. With average heights of only 60 to 90cm the JASCO system doesn't present the health and safety risk associated with some systems.
JASCO Isocratic and gradient HPLC pumps provide pulse-free, accurate flow for micro, analytical and preparative scale work. This is achieved our unique slow suction, quick delivery (SSQD) system. The pulse free flow assures detector sensitivity.
Sample injection is achieved using one of a range of versatile autosampling devices. These must give excellent linearity while minimising run-to-run sample carry-over. JASCO autosamplers which use standard 2ml or 1ml vials, microvials or microtitre plates for normal operation, also offer pre-column derivatisation, dilution and zero sample-loss injection modes.
JASCO HPLC detectors offering maximum sensitivity and operating stability. The LC-2000 range includes the world's first detector for chiral chromatography and the FP-2020 still the most sensitive scanning fluorescence detector on the market today.
The system is completed with a choice of vacuum on-line vacuum degassers, solvent and column switching valves and column ovens.
The compact design and safe-stacking modular architecture ensures maximum use of available bench space. Without the health and safety risk associated with some systems.
