"The Janus varispan 8 tip robot is extremely helpful for our needs. We use a changing deck patterns and it is extremely easy to change the deck layout as well as the program to run it. It has a lot of capabilities for drag and drop for creating the programs as well as increased functionality with some coding. The system is also very easy to work on. The parts and basic maintenance makes adhoc events easy to get up and running again quickly. The field service tech is also very knowledgeable and easy to connect with. They are quick to respond to emails and plan for onsite service or help over the phone. The sales and support teams are also very helpful and knowledgeable when we are trying to figure out new instrumentation. They helped us choose the best robot and accessories to fit our processes. There are also capabilities to lock out changes to programs so if there is a set deck layout or parameters that should not be touched, those can be safe in everyday use."
