The IX2-RFAEVA laser based TIRFM illumination module for Olympus IX2 microscopes enables the observation of cellular structures down to single molecule fluorescence with unsurpassed Z-resolution. Advanced UIS2 high-NA objectives offer unmatched quality and excellent performance. The module facilitates the modification of the evanescent field illumination for simultaneous wide-field illumination and convenient adjustment of the laser beam.
