The IX2-RFAEVA laser based TIRFM illumination module for Olympus IX2 microscopes enables the observation of cellular structures down to single molecule fluorescence with unsurpassed Z-resolution. Advanced UIS2 high-NA objectives offer unmatched quality and excellent performance. The module facilitates the modification of the evanescent field illumination for simultaneous wide-field illumination and convenient adjustment of the laser beam. User safety is vital, so the incorporated safety interlocks prevent the emission of laser light from the microscope to avoid accidental injury.
