"We have used this instrument both for running a cell-based small molecule screen using GFP as a readout and also for an antibody display experiment. The speed at which a 96-well or 384-well plate is read is essential for both of these applications, and the iQue does an excellent job. We have obtained high quality data, comparable to that obtained by conventional flow cytometry methods, the user-interface is excellent and the team that stands behind this instrument is outstanding. We expect it to be a major workhorse in our facility. "
