High-Capacity Column Optimized for Determination of Multivalent Anions and Polarizable Anions including Sulfur Species.

The Thermo Scientific Dionex IonPac® AS25 column is ideally suited for the analysis of multivalent anions and polarizable anions (iodide and perchlorate) including sulfur species (sulfite, sulfate, thiosulfate and thiocyanate) in complex sample matrices.

The Dionex IonPac AS25 column simplifies the determination of polarizable anions, including thiosulfate, iodide, thiocyanate, and perchlorate by using an isocratic hydroxide eluent with no solvent required for the separation. However, for the best peak shape of polarizable anions, use the Thermo Scientific Dionex IonPac AS16 column or the Thermo Scientific Dionex IonPac AS20 column.


IonPac® AS25 Hydroxide-Selective Anion-Exchange Column Features:

  • Separate hydrophobic anions (iodide, thiocyanate, and thiosulfate) in approximately 25 min without the use of solvent
  • Ideal for polyvalent anions, including polysulfates, polyphosphates and polycarboxylates
  • Analyze complex matrices including wastewater effluents from chemical industries and foods and beverages
  • Ultralow hydrophobicity allows fast analysis of polarizable anions
