"Lipofectamine 3000 provided gentle but efficient transfection in several line of interest to our lab, HEI-OC1 mouse cochlear (69-fold) , NCCIT and Ntera2 (3 fold) testicular cancer lines and allowed for very nice dose response assays for cisplatin sensitvity assays. We appreciate greatly the technical service of ThermoFisher and find them an integral part of our research progress with excellent technical advise."

"In our lab, we use Lipofectmamine 3000 reagent as our primary transfection reagent for a wide range of experiments. I personally have used this reagent to transfect cells for fluorescent microscopy, GST pull downs, and co-immunoprecipitation experiments. We have had success using Lipofectamine reagents in the past and the Lipofectamine 3000 appears to be the best option."
