J.G. Finneran Associates introduces the Interlocked™ Limited Volume Vial.  The vial is designed to use a glass top flange insert, permanently interlocked into the vial.  The vial and insert are fused together to eliminate insert movement which can cause needle breakage.  The Interlocked vial provides the convenience and performance characteristics of a one piece microvial at a fraction of the cost. 

  •  The Interlocked Vial is available in a variety of 12x32mm crimp and screw thread style neck finishes - 9mm R.A.M., 8-425 standard screw thread finish, 10-425 wide mouth screw thread finish, 11mm crimp style and patented Snap Seal. 

  •  For more sampling versatility, standard mouth vials have 100uL capacity and wide mouth vials have 300uL capacity. 

  •  Vials are made from borosilicate, Type 1 glass with a clear glass insert fused into a clear or amber vial. 

  •  25 vials per shrink-wrapped tray, with four trays in a 100 pack unit. Keep the vials contaminant free until needed. The vials are also available in standard 100 pack trays.

All glass and plastic autosampler vials, chromatography vials, limited volume inserts, closures, trays, septa are manufactured in our Vineland, New Jersey facility.
