"The instrument installation is pretty straightforward. The software part can be a little complicated to understand depending on the analysis you are doing. for example, if you have made a mistake in creating a sequence and your test is not working, the software does not tell you the reason. However, the technical service is quite responsive for solving issues like this. Another important aspect is the portability. Which is quite useful if you need to move it around."

If you're looking for a general-purpose potentiostat for cyclic voltammetry or similar studies for basic research such as determining redox potentials, reaction mechanisms, diffusion coefficients, rate constants and electrochemical surface area. You can also run electrochemical plating and electrodeposition experiments or experiments for determining concentrations of trace analytes in solution. In addition to the above capabilities you get an introductory software development toolkit that gives you the ability to develop your own program or interface to other instruments.
