The innuPREP Tissue RNA Kit - IP, which has been optimized for the InnuPure C12® or C16, makes it possible to automate RNA extraction from a wide variety of tissue samples. The extraction process is based on magnetic particle separation and includes tissue sample lysis, selective removal of genomic DNA (using a spin filter precolumn) and extraction of highly pure RNA. This greatly reduces time-consuming DNase I digestion and the resulting workload. The magnetic particles and extraction protocol have been specially adapted for isolating RNA from various tissues and, as such, guarantee highly pure RNA and outstanding yields.
