The innuPREP Swab DNA Kit - IP and innuPREP Swab DNA Easy Kit are designed for use with the InnuPure® C12 or C16 for automatically extracting genomic DNA from buccal swabs. Kits include swabs for optimum sampling. Lysis is fast and extremely simple, and is followed by the full extraction process (based on magentic partical separation) in the InnuPure® C12/C16. In this process, genomic DNA binds to magnetic beads, is washed and then finally eluted into a 1.5 mL tube. The piercing feature of the InnuPure® C12/C16 along with prefilled, sealed reagent strips make the system extremely easy to use and ensure a contamination-free workflow.
