The universal innuPREP DNA Mini Kit has been specially designed for fast, efficient purification of genomic DNA from a variety of different starting materials (e.g. tissue and paraffin samples, eucaryotic cells, rodent tails and buccal swabs).

The kit utilizes patented Dual Chemistry (DC) technology, which combines a stringent Lysis Buffer with a novel Binding Buffer to help minimize the time required to purify DNA. The result is an extraction process that takes no more than 8 minutes (not including lysis). Spin Filter columns are at the heart of the isolation process, which is very easy to perform and offers a binding capacity of up to 100 µg of gDNA.

The innuPREP DNA Mini Kit is also certified for in-vitro-diagnostics use (CE-IVD). The innuPREP DNA Kit - IPC16 includes prefilled, sealed reagent strips which make it possible to prepare the InnuPure^® C16 with just a few hand movements. Here the DNA extraction principle is based on magnetic particle separation. The particles used for this are manufactured in-house and are tailored to the kit chemistry in order to prevent bleeding effects. The stringent lysis buffer and optimized binding buffer also ensure large yields of high-quality DNA.
