The innuPREP DNA Kit - IP and the innuPREP DNA Easy Kit-IP have been designed especially for use in combination with InnuPure® C12 / C16 for automated isolation of genomic DNA from an extremely wide variety of starting materials, including rodent tails, buccal swabs and tissue samples. Prefilled, sealed reagent strips make it possible to prepare the InnuPure® C12/C16 with just a few hand movements. The DNA extraction principle is based on magnetic separation. The particles used for this are manufactured in-house and are tailored to the kit chemistry in order to prevent bleeding effects. The stringent lysis buffer and optimized binding buffer also ensure large yields of high-quality DNA.
