The kit offers more than one lysis protocol: optimized lysozyme digestion or efficient thermal/mechanical breakdown with a homogenizer (such as the SpeedMill). These distinct approaches allow researchers to easily adapt the innuPREP Bacteria DNA Kit - KFml to different bacteria. Plus, the kit also contains all of the reagents and consumables needed for magnetic particle separation. The overall system is easy to use, isolates high-quality nucleic acids and produces outstanding yields.
