Illumina - Infinium iSelect HD Custom Genotyping
Each Illumina Infinium HD iSelect Custom BeadChip allows you to choose between 3,000 and 200,000 attempted bead types. The array is offered on a 12-sample and 24-sample BeadChip. Each Infinium iSelect HD Custom Genotyping kit contains sufficient BeadChips and reagents to process the number of samples ordered.
Infinium iSelect offers the ability to interrogate virtually any SNP for any species. With the high multiplexing of the Infinium HD Assay and the flexibility of Illumina's multi-sample array formats, Infinium iSelect HD Custom BeadChips open up new opportunities for both human and agricultural studies.
Custom Genotyping allows the user to design a panel that includes from 3,000 to 200,000 attempted bead types. The BeadChips can be deployed on either the 24-sample format (3,000 to 68,000 attempted bead types), or the 12-sample format (68,001 to 200,000 attempted bead types). Custom Infinium DNA Analysis products allow researchers to create assays tailored directly to their specific needs for targeted region genotyping or fine-mapping.
