"The quality (cost/benefits) of the Memmert products are better for investigation purposes. The precision of the equipment is important for the results of the process of the investigation matters. The CO2 incubator is very constant with the temperature and precision."

"Easy to use and clean. The racks can be removed separately. They can be washed, cleaned and reinserted. However, it requires cleaning very regularly and disrupts work once a month. Humidity inside the chamber quite often leads to some fungal growth. Calibration was easy to do with the CO2 levels. The replaceable filters it came with are expensive to replace regularly."

Engineered for maximum protection of cell cultures: heating the inner chamber from all six sides plus electronic humidity limit control. The basic facts: Temperature range up to + 50 °C, chamber volume 108, 153 and 246 litres.

An aluminium thermal conductive layer supports optimum temperature distribution, and serves as a heat accumulator in case of a temporary power failure. The turbulence-free chamber ventilation ensures a constant and uniform atmosphere. 7 freely combinable additional modules like an electropolished, seamless laser-welded chamber, control of oxygen concentration or USB interface plus software for programming and documentation allow for individually customizing the CO2 incubator INCO.

In accordance with European Directive 93/42/EEC, the model INCOmed can be used for the creation and maintenance of constant environmental conditions for application in the field of in vitro fertilisation (IVF), especially for the incubation of oocytes, spermatozoa and zygotes in special culture dishes for IVF application, as well as for gene expression and the biosynthesis of RNA and proteins.
