Love this instrument, wish I had more work for it.

"This machine is fantastically easy to use and takes much of the hassle out of immunoassays. The main downside for us is that it is aimed at clinical diagnostics and our samples are mainly pre-clinical. However, there has been some attempt by Siemens to deal with this in the form of information about species cross-reactivity for their kits. This is quite helpful. The main downside is generally, I think this machine is being phased out in the next few years, which may cause problems."

"Good machine, but no clear understanding of the product and direction since taken on by Siemens. The network of knowledge was a lot stonger and more supportive under DPC. Once a big fan, now just neutral."

"Service is difficult to reach and troubleshooting is delayed. Sometimes the tubes get stuck in the carousel and end up plugging up the whole system. Service does eventually arrive - but it is a laborious phone troubleshooting for a while before an engineer makes it on-site."
