"We have had this instrument in our laboratory since 2002. The low cost of reagents and accuracy of the results has made it invaluable for our research projects. We have used it primarily for insulin and C-peptide analysis on humans and non-human primates. Other investigators have used it for various hormone assays with good results. It is easy to use and train others to use. Most problems have been solved with over the phone tech support. When a service tech is needed on site, the company responds quickly. Our only problem with using this has been the required sample volume. When projects involve very small primates or infants, the required volume of serum is hard to accommodate."
