IMAP® TR-FRET Assays provide a non-radioactive, homogeneous and proprietary antibody-free platform for accurate determination of kinase, phosphatase and phosphodiesterase activities. Each assay utilizes a simple mix and read method to deliver a robust fluorescence signal that is amenable to miniaturization for greater cost savings during high throughput screens.
