Each assay utilizes a simple mix and read method to deliver a robust fluorescence signal that is amenable to miniaturization for greater cost savings during high throughput screens. IMAP Assay Kits are designed for researchers who have their own enzyme and substrate, or want to purchase substrates from our extensive validated substrate lists, including PDE, Ser/Thr 2 (CMGC/CK1/STE/TKL), Ser/Thr 1 (CAMK/AGC) and Tyrosine. For researchers who want to better control assay variables, the IMAP Progressive Binding System lets you optimize assay conditions to address key variables such as substrate choice, desirable ATP concentrations and background parameters.
