Sometime that feature works, most of the time it does not. "I do like Image Studio lite, however we have recently had some problems analyzing blots in which a few overexposed pixels were present in some bands. Image Studio lite refused to report density for these bands. When we took the images back to the LICOR machine software not only were the bands analyzed, no overexposed pixels were detected. Something seems off with this newer version because I hadn't had this problem with the old version."
