"The software is simple and user friendly. It allows for quick training of new analysts and maintains sample throughput despite other laboratory changes/difficulties. The system is robust and lasts for years of daily use. The service group is responsive and we love our engineer."

Great company, great service and great instruments.

"This instrument in my opinion, is the best ICP-OES that I have every used. It is very user friendly and the LOD and LOQ that they claim are actually what you get. I used this instrument to run gold analysis by difference and it was always reliable and with great detection in a very nasty matrix. Thermo provides really great service too. I never had to wait more than a couple of day. Most of the time they were there by the next day and sometimes on the same day that I had problems. Always had my instrument up and going in no time."
