It is a convenient system for transferring your western blot and lets you finish your western blotting in a day-that includes running your gel to visualizing it. My blots always came out clean and its very user friendly. Having said that, it’s a little on the expensive side. Also watch out if you are going for the nitrocellulose membrane. If you are planning on stripping and r- probing go for the PVDF. They are better than the nitrocellulose. Happy Blotting!"
