The new SurePrint G3 Human gene expression v3 microarray, designed in collaboration with Professor Jo Vandesompele, features long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) probes which completely cover the catalog of lncRNA from the LNCipedia 2.1 database. The Human v3 release also contain updated mRNA probes.
