Incredibly useful.

"The equipment itself is pretty straight forward to use. I have both a trap and loop mode and they seem to work as they should. I have needed to do quite a bit of maintenance and I almost wish there was a troubleshooting manual, but I have found some useful webinars online. Tech support has always been incredibly helpful too."
