Application Area: Residual solvents and terpenes
"Reproducible results can be hard to determine due to the volatile nature of the solvents being tested. The biggest plus was the cost of the headspace and since the lab was able to purchase multiples, we got them for a discounted price. Software is relatively straightforward, a few nuances here and there but overall it is mostly easy to use and navigate. I have heard that the engineering team in our area is potentially understaffed, but historically it has taken a while for an engineer to come out and address some instrumentation issues or schedule a PM service."
