"This Kit is very useful for training and teaching. I have used it many times because it is very reliable and reproducible. It has an instructional guide to peroxidase behavior and the results are consistent everytime. I recommend this product especially as a teaching or training tool."

The HRP is purified by repeated affinity chromatography of root extracts from horseradish.

The result is an enzyme of high specific activity. Our horseradish peroxidase is purified in large scale by the use of benzhydroxamic acid agarose giving a product of high purity and specific activity. The product consists mainly of the basic isoenzymes and are supplied as lyophilized powder. Activity: >250 U/mg (25°C, Guaiacol as hydrogen donor) .
