The Cell Viability Kit comprises three spectrally distinct fluorophores that label cellular targets to allow assessment of cell health by looking at several biological parameters. This kit specifically identifies cell nuclei, dead (permeabilized) cells, and live (metabolically active) cells. The kit has been validated for use on Cellomics’ ArrayScan® HCS Reader but may be applied to any imaging system. Evaluation Size (Five 96-well plates).
