The high sensitivity Sodium Iodine Crystal enables, combined with a lead shielding and Twin-Cell-Changer, to detect different Gamma emitting nuclides for the flow through analysis. You can use a GM high dose rate counter tube with lead shielding for the measurement of high activity concentrations, such as PET Radio-pharmacy.

The compatibility of the evaluation electronics to external analysis systems is guaranteed. The user has the option of using the analogue output, the TTL signal or the digital output via a serial connector to a PC.

The system can be used either in a stand alone mode, or be connected to a PC. The HERM system is equipped with a flash memory and a 24 MHz CPU. This allows immediate data processing and easy upgrading. Two threshold levels can be set in the HERM system which activates solenoid valves, also temporally delayed.
