"I have an FED56 220 volt oven with thermal boost. In operation it offers outstanding thermal uniformity anywhere within its cavity and the thermal boost offers outstanding oven temperature recovery following opening/unloading/reloading trays. The thermal uniformity allows multiple trays to be roasted simultaneously. This oven has become the global standard for the International Standards for the Assessment of Cocoa Quality and Flavour. While not listed specifically by name, the standard for roasting of cocoa beans is based on the performance of this oven and has been specified for labs that have been installed in my lab, Cocoa Research Institute of Ghana, CNRA-cocoa research lab of Ivory Coast, ICCRI-cocoa research group of Indonesia, and are ordered for the newest labs going in to Nigeria at CRIN and Cameroon at IBAD."
