Description

 

Separate Mono and Disaccharides or Carbohydrate Oligomers from DP1 to DP8.

Hamilton HC-75 columns separate carbohydrates by ligand exchange and size exclusion mechanisms.HC-75 is a more highly crosslinked gel (7.5%) that utilizes ligand exchange to separate carbohydrates. Calcium, Hydrogen and Lead are available as counter ions. The calcium form column is more commonly used because of its broader applicability.
