The HB-1 Block Heater is an accurately temperature-controlled dry incubator for various incubation applications. Three types of interchangeable blocks specified for test tubes, micro-centrifuge tubes and PCR reaction tubes allows for a wide range of experiments. With temperatures settable from 30ºC to 200ºC, the block heater is ideal for applications such as hot start PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, denaturation of nucleic acids and proteins, enzyme kinetics reactions as well as melting agar.
