I would not recommend this product.

"We bought the vantage system to handle our high throughput screening for DMPK. Our first delivery, the instrument was broken during shipping from Nevada. It took several months to replace. Then the second one came, the programmer left the company and it took several months for the replacement to finish the methods. In addition, the software was not user-friendly at all, It has been 1 year since our purchase, after so many issues here and there, we finally have all the programs up in running."

"It has an easy programming user interface with good network communicated function. It is easy to call other applications for sample preparation. Hamilton's service engineers have always responded quickly when a request has been submitted. They do their best to get the system back to production."

"It has superior quality and the consumables are valuably priced. Programming was easy with tech help from Hamilton support. I was able to reach my goals quickly and was processing results within a very short time after setup. Our local rep was very helpful in recommending accessories for our projects. Using outside the box thinking, our rep we able to gather the required resources needed to break the cellular membrane with magnetic beads in suspension then removed them using magnetics. After the wash stage 100% of the beads were removed so we did not have to worry about altering our samples. The Hamilton Vantage is still performing above our initial specifications and surpassing them. My only regret is not locating this solution sooner. I have recommended the Vantage by Hamilton to several colleges and will continue to recommend it in the future. The price was well within budget and our rep was eager to help keep costs within the limits set by our project manager and customer."
