GS Junior Titanium PicoTiterPlate Kit by Roche Applied Science - a member of the Roche Group

The GS Junior Titanium PicoTiterPlate Kit, combined with the GS Junior Titanium Sequencing Kit, provides the devices and reagents required for determining the nucleotide sequence of an immobilized and clonally amplified DNA library. The DNA-carrying beads and sequencing reagents are deposited in layers into the wells of a PicoTiterPlate (PTP) device, such that each well contains no more than a single DNA bead. The loaded PTP device is then inserted into the GS Junior Instrument, where the sequencing reaction is performed.

The GS Junior Titanium PicoTiterPlate Kit contains accessories sufficient for one sequencing Run on a GS Junior Instrument.
