The GS FLX Titanium emPCR Kits (Lib-A) contain all reagents and other components required for two large-volume (LV), medium-volume (MV) or small-volume (SV) emulsion-based clonal amplifications of DNA libraries prepared using the Genome Sequencer System library preparation procedure (Amplicons), for subsequent sequencing on a Genome Sequencer FLX Instrument using the appropriate GS FLX Titanium series Sequencing and PicoTiterPlate Kits.
