The GS FLX Titanium Control Bead Kit can be used as a standard sequencing control on the Genome Sequencer FLX Instrument. During a test sequencing Run, only Control Beads are sequenced. The Control Beads contain known DNA sequences that should yield sequencing results within expected parameters if the instrument is performing to specifications. The GS FLX Titanium Control Bead Kit is used in combination with a GS FLX Titanium Sequencing Kit XLR70 and a GS FLX Titanium PicoTiterPlate Kit 70x75.
