Use the GS-900™ calibrated densitometry system (170-7991) to image cells, blots, or film with a variety of stains. Image diverse samples on 1-D and 2-D gels, colorimetric dot and slot blots, film-based chemilumiscent blots, and autoradiograms. Quantitate proteins for Coomassie Blue- and silver-stained gels over a range of 0-3.4 OD. Scan large gels using the oversized 29 x 33 cm imaging area and easily acquire and analyze images with the intuitive, user-friendly Image Lab software.
