The uniquely designed gentleMACS Tubes contain build-in rotors for sample dissociation in a closed system. Two types of gentleMACS Tubes are used with both the gentleMACS Dissociator and gentleMACS Octo Dissociator.


With excellent results and the safety of the user in mind, the blue C Tubes enable fast and highly efficient tissue dissociation for viable single-cell suspensions, while the orange M Tubes enable thorough homogenization of tissues and cells for molecular applications.
