"This machine was three components linked together through the software. It is not at all intuitive. It took many months and different attempts by different techs to fix the problems to get it working properly. We have had it for around 5 years now and have never had it working for 6 months in a row. I will NEVER buy another one of these machines. It has been a problem since the beginning. It was less expensive than other options - NOT worth it."

Shimadzu does offer a free technical support call service to all of our customers that can help offset the cost of onsite service by finding the root cause of the issue. We strive to provide the best support possible as well as support instruments for as long as it is possible; though, due to discontinuations of boards and parts, the support period varies.”
