"The sample (molecule) analysis is fantastic and easy to use. I have a small comment on the autosmapler, alligment is lost and syringes get stuck inbetween."

Great product with some auto injector inssues.

"Instrument runs smoothly and accurately to obtain data that is needed. GC aspect works great however the auto injector tends to run into problems from time to time. "

"The GC-2010 plus from Shimadzu is excellent with respect to repeatability and ruggedness. The results are so accurate that we rely on the results after only one run, for a validated method. The latest model has got the HS module integrated to the system unlike the models from past. This simplifies the user interface and is very helpful. The service personnel are very sharp in response and they are available for service on the next day after a complaint, which reduces the instrument down time."
