"The product runs well, and uses less energy and water than our old units. However, all 4 of them have broken down prior to the warrantee expiration. This would not be a large deal, but a major selling point is quality, which is not being seen with these units. The asking price is not indicative of the quality we have seen. The service department is good and helpful, but getting a service tech to the business is nearly impossible within a month of reporting the issue. This is not good for any company, but especially with a production laboratory. The units were purchased to increase productivity, but if they are down for a month before we can get a tech in to fix, they are not increasing productivity in relation to the price that is being charged. Units are easy to use and work well, but when they break, and they will, it is difficult to get them repaired in a timely manner."
