"First of all, thanks for the JASCO CD-Spectrophotometer. CD is one of the most useful instrument in secondary structure analysis of any protein. Alzheimer's disease is well associated with Alpha-synuclein proteins. Our lab wants to know the protein dynamics in various diseased condition of Alzheimer’s. In this analysis CD plays a vital role in studying this protein's secondary structure in different condition and in various experimental conditions. CD spectra gives a clear picture of this study. This instrument is very sophisticated and easy to use. Maintenance of instrument is also a crucial part which is easy for this instrument. "
