"The Bond III IHC system is by far the best automated platform on the market for clinical immunohistochemsitry and in-situ hybridization. Its openness, ease of use, consistency of high quality stains and both excellent sales and service support put it well above any other offerings. It is also fully supported by the Novocastra range of antibodies (as well as any other vendor antibody) and the polymer detection kit all adding to make it number 1. One failing in the past of Leica (and indeed most of its competitors) was that they tended to develop as they thought the customer would want. However, with the introduction of the "Voice of the Customer" approach, they are now listening to the customer's needs and following up with specific requests. There are many exciting new developments coming up in the near future. For those in the research market, the Bond Rx will fill the same needs as the Bond III does for the clinical market." |

"I have found Bond easy to use and have received great support from Leica for new developments. In the future I would like to see FISH capabilities developed." |
