May start to give problems 2-3 years from purchase. Frost accumulation issue.
Application Area:Low temperature storage of sample
"Started to require servicing and spare part replacement after 2-3 years from purchase. Tends to accumulate a substantial amount of frosting around the door, making the freezer compressor need to work harder to maintain the temperature as the door cannot be close properly over time with frost accumulation."

Like our 8600 Series ULT Freezers, these units are constructed and stress tested to operate efficiently at a temperature range of -50C to -86C(-58F to -123F).
