DNA Quantitation Kit
You can quickly and accurately quantitate dsDNA in solution, even in the presence of RNA or protein, with Bio-Rad's fluorescent DNA quantitation kit. DNA is quantitatively stained with a bis-benzimide dye (Hoechst 33258), which is excited with 346 nm light and emits blue light at 460 nm that is easily detected using a fluorometer such as the VersaFluor fluorometer. The kit quantitates dsDNA in the range of 10 ng/ml to 5 µg/ml and contains reagents for 750 standard 2 ml reactions

FluorAce β-Galactosidase Reporter Assay Kit
You can detect β-galactosidase activity easily and accurately with the FluorAce β-galactosidase reporter assay kit. Simply add the fluorescent substrate β-4-methylumbelliferyl β-D-galactopyranoside (MUG) to the cell or microorganism medium. The substrate penetrates the cell and is hydrolyzed by β-galactosidase, producing the fluorescent compound 4-methylumbelliferone (4MU), which is easily detected using a fluorometer such as the VersaFluor fluorometer. The kit contains reagents for 200 standard 1.5 ml reactions

FluorAce β-Glucuronidase Reporter Assay Kit
You can fluorescently detect β-glucuronidase activity quickly and precisely with the FluorAce β-glucuronidase reporter assay kit.
